Summer is always a difficult time for me in recovery…just like breaks from school are. When I am in my normal school(6am-4pm), dance(4pm-9pm), homework(9pm-1am) sleep(1am-5am) routine it’s easy for me to just eat and not think about it. It’s just part of what I do…and having it as an integral part of day makes it honestly…a lot easier for me to manage. But on breaks...
